When your order is placed, we will send an order acknowledgement - confirming when your goods are due to be shipped.

MatchFast moulded
Although we keep a range of standard colours and sizes of MatchFast fasteners in stock, we do also mould these fasteners to order.
The standard lead time is 5-7 working days – we’ll confirm the delivery date when we send you the order acknowledgement.
DrillFast lacquered
Our DrillFast lacquered fasteners are made to order: expect a lead time of 2-3 working days.
We will always inform you of the lead times before you go ahead with an order.

You can collect pre-ordered goods either from our Head Office in Kent or our Northern Ireland office in Newry.

We understand if you need to amend or cancel your order.
However, we may not be able to cancel or amend every order - for instance, if we have dispatched your order, then we will be unable to change it.
You can view your previous orders while logged in to your online account.
Navigate to 'Orders' in your account to view a list of all your orders placed with us - both online and offline.
Yes, you can easily reorder goods online by logging into your account and selecting 'Orders' in the dashboard.
Under 'Orders' in your account, click the order number to view order details and shipments. To reorder, click the green button on the right-hand side of the screen.
No, there is no minimum order value.
But for orders over £300, there is no delivery charge.
