Our range for flat roofing includes durable, weatherproof sealing for pipework and highly effective vent pipe covers for flat roofs.
TorVec flat roof pipe flashings provide a durable, flexible, weatherproof seal around pipes, vents and other penetrations up to 830mm – manufactured in two types of material: MR EPDM suitable for built up felt systems, and MR PVC for use with single ply membranes.
The range includes products suitable for use in both new build and retrofit construction.
Base
MR EPDM flashings have concentric ribs to create superior adhesion to the roofing membrane – placed between two layers of membrane and bonded with hot bitumen.
MR PVC flashings are placed on top of the PVC roof membrane and hot air welded or solvent welded to the roof membrane.
Sleeve
The pipe flashing maintains an upstand of approximately 150mm in accordance with recommended flat roofing good practices. The flexibility of the sleeve allows for expansion, contraction and building movement while maintaining a weatherproof seal. We have different versions available for round and square penetrations.
Materials
Pipe flashings are manufactured from EPDM or PVC, depending on which roofing membrane being used - and are resistant to acids, ozone and ultraviolet light.
Vent pipe covers
Creating a watertight flashing of the roofing membrane where the soil vent pipe penetrates a flat roof, and an airtight extension of the soil pipe above the roof. Our RyMar vent pipe covers are available for both bituminous and polymeric roofing membranes.

The two elbows direct the cables and pipes, and shelter the exit point from rain or water ingress.
With an integrated membrane flange, these are easy to install on any bituminous or PVC single ply roof.
