Composite panel fixings
We have solutions for the wide range of composite panels that are used in the industry today – steel thicknesses from 1.2 – 25mm covered, with head styles to match your projects.
In 3 types of steel to suit a variety of environments, our fasteners are specially designed for maximum reliability, minimum fuss.
With high threads on all our composite panel fasteners, helping to clamp the top sheet of the panel securely in place, our innovations also include our super flat washers to help our low-profile fasteners sit flush against the panel for a barely noticeable finish.
Where can I use these fixings?
Capable of drilling 1.2-3mm steel, our DF3 range is suitable for fixing metal composite panels or insulation to light steel.
View productsWith drilling capacities of 4-12mm steel, our DF12 heavy steel fixings are engineered for maximum thread grip, and deliver the highest level of pull-out performance without damaging the build-up.
View productsFor timber, our DFT fasteners can secret or face fix a wide range of panels to timber purlins.
View productsLong length composite panel fasteners to securely fix thicker panels back to heavy section – suited for up to 300mm panels.
View productsDrill points to cope with steel up to 25mm thick: ideal for fixing composite panels back to primary steelwork.
View productsOur low profile composite fasteners combined with our specially designed super flat sealing washers – for fastening flat panel systems, particularly in the controlled environment industry.
View productsMoulded or lacquered low profile fasteners to blend in with the building – no matter the steel or panel thickness.

Steel Grades
Carbon Steel
Carbon steel is suitable for use in internal or external applications in non-corrosive, non-coastal environments.
All our carbon steel fasteners feature a corrosion-resistant organic coating which provides lubrication for ease of drilling while also preventing damage to the steel.
Stainless Steel A2/304
Our A2/304 Stainless Steel fasteners provide excellent corrosion resistance and are suitable for use in medium risk corrosivity environments, or on projects using Aluminium sheeting or components.
Stainless Steel A4/316
A4/316 Stainless Steel is a super-austenitic alloy containing high levels of molybdenum, nitrogen and nickel – ensuring it is highly resistant to corrosion, tarnishing and stress.

Head Styles
Precision engineered hexagon heads for easier driving.
Glass-fibre reinforced, bi-hex, UV resistant nylon heads, moulded for exceptional impact resistance .
Complementing the best in modern construction techniques, our low profile fasteners are designed for a discreet finish. Combined with our super flat washer, our fasteners sit flat to the panel for a flush finish.
Highly durable powder-coated heads to blend in with any colour building – we can lacquer to a wide range of colours and offer a precise colour matching service.
Sealing washers
A variety of washer materials and diameters are available to suit all roofing, cladding & façade applications.
These are the general recommendations for washer sizes; however, consideration should be given to the corrugation dimensions and system manufacturer specifications.
