We've achieved finalist status for the Best B2B Website of the Year award!

We're excited to share with you that our website has been selected as a finalist for the Best B2B Website of the Year (2024) award, as part of the eCommerce Expo in September.

Back in 2022, we set out to overhaul Fixfast.com and the overall experience our customers have online - from the initial discovery of our brand, through to purchase and beyond, including managing projects and the related admin that ensues.

We often speak about our 'maximum reliability, minimum fuss' promise, and this project sat at the very heart of that commitment - our aim was to deliver what you, our customers, wanted, in a way that makes your working life easier and more efficient; ultimately, giving you control over what you need from us.

It took 18 months, but we're now pleased to say that Fixfast.com is not only industry-leading in every sense of the word but is also at the forefront of the UK's e-commerce offering; from the back-end tech stack to the visible front end, and what you feel and experience when you use our website.

And it all started with you. After conducting surveys and interviews during 2022, informally talking to and gathering feedback from a number of our customers, we had data to input into our roadmap, to steer our development of the updated site - which ensured we could deliver on features and experiences that we knew would have a positive effect on our website users.

With help from our digital agency, the build was underway by the end of December 2022, and the following 9 months were a continual cycle of iteration after iteration, collaboration across every department and level throughout the business, as well as support and expert advice from external developers.

In September 2023, we held our breath and unveiled the new Fixfast.com to the world. The reaction was spontaneous and overwhelmingly positive, but by no means the end of the road. The months that followed entailed multiple changes in response to direct customer feedback, refining and optimising pages, background processes, and tweaking small details to establish what we were aiming for: an industry-leading, cutting-edge website.

To rebuild a website that works so smoothly is no easy feat, but serves to underline our commitment to digital innovation and the ability to encourage future purchases from customers new to Fixfast.

Achieving finalist status for arguably the most reputable award in our space is not the end, in fact it's just the beginning: we have new feature releases planned for the future, and our constant focus will continue to be on gaining your invaluable feedback, to enhance the award-winning platform we're very grateful and humbled to say is ours.
