We have an exceptionally low turnover of staff with a high number of the team having been with us for over 15 years.

What I do at Fixfast:
In my role at Fixfast, I have the privilege of working with all the teams in the company. This allows me to experience the energy and enthusiasm that each team member puts into making what Fixfast is today. Our greatest asset really is our people, which means that my key role is to help ensure our team is aligned, empowered and enthused.
We are passionate about the service our customers experience, which is why we've made it the heart of everything we do. We have embraced the ISO9001 approach and use our system to ensure that we learn from these experiences. I actively seek feedback from customers and team members alike and use it to lead the business towards becoming better.

Job title: Director – Head of Products
What I do at Fixfast:
I have a passion for the products we manufacture at Fixfast having worked on the range for over 35 years. Our technical consultants and I have the responsibility of ensuring that our product range meets the needs of our customers in an ever-changing market. I really appreciate hearing feedback from our customers as to how we can innovate to make their jobs easier or what we can add to our offering.
I am also responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the support they require on-site, along with any technical calculations to provide peace of mind.

Job Title: Head of Operations
What I do at Fixfast:
I’m responsible for making sure that customers receive the goods that they want when they want them. This involves ensuring we have enough stock on the shelf, specially produced goods are manufactured as quickly as possible and that orders are despatched accurately and on time.
I am very passionate about continuous improvement and consequently, we are always looking at ways we can improve our service to our customers.

Job Title: Head of Commercial
What I do at Fixfast:
My role is the development of strategic relationships with key building envelope system manufacturers, contractors, and other organisations in our industry. I’m here to ensure their needs are being heard and our products and services align.
This builds on over 40 years of experience we have at Fixfast, of collaboration with many of the key players in our market and working with them to bring innovation in products, in routes to market and in installation methods.

Job Title: Head of Sales
What I do at Fixfast:
My responsibility is to ensure we stay close to our customers so we can better understand their challenges. We have an experienced and enthusiastic team who work with customers on their projects to ensure they have everything they need.
We also work closely with the Products and Engineering team to feedback on customer experiences and suggestions so we can influence innovation and continually improve our product and service offering.

Job Title: Head of Engineering
What I do at Fixfast:
I’m responsible for all elements of engineering including customer support, innovation, product/process design, delivery of capital projects, continuous improvement and engineering/manufacturing strategy.
My focus on all these projects is quality to ensure that everything we design and manufacture exceeds the expectation of our customers.
Name: Emma Watkins PgDip DigM
Job Title: Head of Marketing
What I do at Fixfast:
I’m primarily responsible for developing and overseeing the Marketing Strategies for Fixfast. I specialise in B2B Marketing and bring experience from outside the construction industry having worked in finance, insurance, and e-commerce.
My passion lies in using technology to deliver best in class customer experiences. I work with the business to ensure that we put the customer first regarding future developments and service. As Fixfast grows and changes it's my responsibility to make sure our customers and partners are kept informed.
Name: Blaise Meloy
Job Title: Head of Finance
What I do at Fixfast:
I'm responsible for managing and reporting on the company's finances, producing accurate and prompt financial information. I have a hands-on role at Fixfast, overseeing the operational aspects, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
Name: Kate Groombridge
Job Title: Executive Assistant
What I do at Fixfast:
I support the Fixfast leadership team ensuring that the strategy and planning sessions are productive and documented. I also work with the Heads of Department to co-ordinate key project actions to ensure we meet our business deadlines.
